MMA Files will try to find you 6 winners from each UFC event with ‘Six of the Best: Betting Tips’. Let’s take a look at UFC Fight Night 83: Cerrone vs. Oliveira which takes place on Monday (Australian time).

Donald Cerrone ($1.33) vs. Alex Oliveira ($3.40)

Oliveira will be very game is this fight. I can see him being able to survive quite well but I feel that Cerrone will wear him down in the later rounds and get his hand raised.

Winner – Donald Cerrone

Oluwale Bamgbose ($2.50)  vs. Daniel Sarafian ($1.57)

Bamgbose will be in Sarafian’s face from the start and will try to get the KO. I feel Sarafian survives the tough moments and gets the ‘W’.

Winner – Daniel Sarafian

Chris Camozzi ($1.40) vs. Joe Riggs ($3.00)

Riggs will keen for a ‘real’ win after his last opponent was disqualified for an illegal up-kick. Camozzi will look to pick him apart on feet and do enough damage to get past a well-rounded opponent.

Winner – Chris Camozzi

Derek Brunson  ($1.28) vs. Roan Carneiro ($3.75)

Both Brunson and Carneiro have solid win-streaks going of three and six respectively. Carneiro is an animal on the ground and Brunson has technical striking. I feel Brunson keeps the fight standing and delivers enough punishment to continue his run of success.

Winner – Derek Brunson

Ashlee Evans-Smith ($2.40) vs. Marion Reneau ($1.58)

Evans-Smith has had some time off for use of a banned substance. Her strengths are her wrestling and she will want to get the takedown and utilise some ground and pound. Reneau has some reasonable striking but favours a ground battle to lock up a submission. In her last fight against Holly Holm she could not lay a finger on her. There will be more of an opportunity against Evans-Smith so I give the edge to Reneau in a close fight.

Winner – Marion Reneau

Shamil Abdurakhimov ($1.80) vs. Anthony Hamilton ($2.00)

Abdurakhimov will use his wrestling and try to do damage with top control. Hamilton will look to catch him with his heavy hands and I feel he is able to land a fight ending strike.

Winner – Anthony Hamilton

If you are going to have a bet, make sure it’s fun and stop if it’s stressful.
